Gloudien qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 1999. She had an interest in the physiotherapy management of Musculoskeletal injuries since she started to work as a physiotherapist. Her first job was a combined private practice and private hospital post. She worked closely with a team of orthopaedic consultants providing physiotherapy advice and treatment to enhance patient's recovery.

Gloudien moved to the UK in 2002. She worked at the Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Welwyn Garden City as a senior physiotherapist in the out patient department treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries. During her NHS post she was also responsible for the clinical education of physiotherapy students and junior staff. Gloudien then worked at a private physiotherapy sport clinic for four years. Here she gained valuable experience in treating sport injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. In 2007 Gloudien started Therapy4all, Physiotherapy clinic in Welwyn Garden City.

She has a special interest in treating back problems and sport injuries and finds her medical acupuncture a great asset. Aside from her hands on treatment Gloudien feels getting to the root of the problem and giving sound advice is an equally important aspect of the treatment so that the patient and physiotherapist can work together to alleviate symptoms.

Gloudien is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
